A dental office site for people who just moved to the Island
A couple has just moved to Vancouver Island. The boxes are still in the garage. They have a list on the fridge: find a doctor, find a vet, find a dentist.
So they sit down one evening and look at dental offices near them. They open three or four sites side by side. One looks like it has not changed in years. One has no prices, no photos and no way to book. One shows the real team, explains what they do, and has a button that says "Book a new patient visit."
That third site is the one they can act on tonight. Our Dental starter is built to be that site.
Meet the starter
The Dental starter is a full website made for dental practices. It is clear, warm and easy to read on a phone or a tablet.
It has a page for each dentist and hygienist, with the names and training you give us. It lists the services you offer, in your words. It has a form that sends each message to the inbox you name. It shows your hours, your address and your phone number, and they match what you told us.
We do not write health claims. The site says what you tell it and nothing more. Smile photos only go up with each patient's permission.
Our demo, Crestline Dental & Orthodontics, shows one look it can have. Crestline is a made-up practice we run as a demo. Some tools on the demo are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
What a Launch sets up
The starter code is free and open. Anyone can copy it for $0. If you want us to build it with you, that is a Launch.
A Launch is $2,500 CAD plus GST, paid once. You get two hours on a live call with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:
- New patient booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your visit types and hours. Then we book one real test visit.
- Online payments. Patients pay their bill into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A patient portal. Patients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you already have.
We also give you a tour of your own admin. A chat box is there if you want one, and it only answers from facts you approve. Think hours, parking and which ferry to take from the mainland.
Updates by typing
Front desks are busy. Nobody has time to learn web code. You do not need to.
After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message. "Add Dr. Chen to the team page, starting in October." Or "we are closed the Friday before the long weekend." The site makes the change. This is called vibe coding. During the call, you make one real change this way while we sit beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor. You click a sentence or a photo and change it right where it sits. It is the fastest way to fix a typo.
Yours to keep
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. Our hosting is there for $19 CAD plus GST a month if you prefer. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
We are a small Vancouver company. We know the coast, the rain, and the patients who come to you by ferry.
