Effective October 9, 2026 · version 2026-10-09.2
1. Who you are dealing with
wevibesites.ca is owned and operated by 1355057 BC Ltd. DBA WeVibeSites.ca ("WeVibeSites", "we", "us"), 3646 Denman Rd., Denman Island, BC V0R 1T0, Canada.
Reach us at hello@wevibesites.ca or (604) 455-7839. The phone line is answered by an automated assistant, which says so at the start of the call and can take a message or book a call with an operator.
Your contract for anything you buy on wevibesites.ca is with 1355057 BC Ltd., and with no other company.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use wevibesites.ca and when you buy from it: a Launch, added session time, optional hosting on our network, and domain registration or renewal handled through us.
By paying for an order you agree to these terms as they stand on the day you pay. If you do not agree, do not buy; if you have already paid, the money-back guarantee below applies.
3. What a Launch is
A Launch is a fixed-price service: $2,500 CAD, paid once. We take the starter edition for your kind of business and launch it as your website, with your content, against a written checklist.
The written scope is shown to you in full before you pay and is stored with your order. That scope is what we deliver. Something that is not on it is not included, even if it appears in a demonstration site, a concept we made, or an example on our pages.
A Launch also includes 2 hours of live session time with the operator assigned to your order. More time is $500 CAD an hour, bought on the site before it is used.
Some included features work only once you connect your own account with another provider, for example a mailbox for email, a card processor for payments, or a calendar. The scope says which.
We start after payment and after you have sent the content and account details the checklist needs. We give honest estimates of timing but do not promise a completion date unless your written scope states one.
4. Price, tax and payment
Prices on wevibesites.ca are in Canadian dollars. GST of 5% is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Card payments are taken by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
Fees charged by other companies for services in your own name, such as hosting in your own account, a domain registry, or a card processor, are yours and are billed by them.
5. Money-back guarantee
Ask for your money back at any time. We will submit a full refund immediately and permanently delete the work and project data that remain under WeVibeSites control.
We submit the full refund to Square immediately. Your bank controls when the credit appears and commonly takes 5-10 business days.
Using the guarantee ends the order. Work that we delete cannot be restored, and copies already transferred to an account you control cannot be recalled. We keep only the minimal tax, payment, fraud and security records the law requires.
A booked session can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before it starts.
6. What you give us
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photographs, logos and other material you send us, and that the business details you give are accurate. You remain responsible for what your site says.
If your business is regulated, for example law, medicine, dentistry or financial advice, you are responsible for making sure your site meets the advertising and professional rules that apply to you. We build what you approve; we do not give legal or regulatory advice.
7. Who owns what
When your Launch is delivered, the site and your copy of its code are yours. You can move it, change it, or hire anyone else to work on it.
The starter editions and the Freeholder platform underneath them are open source under the MIT licence, which continues to apply to that code.
Your content stays yours. We use it only to do the work you ordered and to operate your order, as described in the Privacy center.
8. Hosting and other providers
By default your site runs in your own Replit account, and Replit bills you directly for its use. We charge nothing monthly for that. Hosting on our network is optional at $12 CAD a month and can be cancelled at any time.
Services from other companies are provided under their own terms. We are not responsible for their prices, outages or decisions.
9. Automated tools
We use AI tools to draft, design and build, and an automated assistant answers our phone and chat. Automated output can be wrong. Nothing is published on your site until you have had the chance to review it, and you should check anything that matters before relying on it.
10. Using this site
Do not use wevibesites.ca to break the law, to attack or probe our systems, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to submit material you have no right to use. We may suspend access where that happens.
11. What we are and are not responsible for
We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill and deliver what your written scope states. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and the service are provided as they are, without other warranties.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any rights you have by law as a consumer.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1355057 BC Ltd., and its directors, officers, employees and contractors, from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs brought by someone else that arise from: (a) text, photographs, logos or other material you supplied or told us to use; (b) statements your site makes about your business, your services or your results; (c) your failure to meet the laws or professional and advertising rules that apply to your business; (d) your use of the site or the service against these terms; or (e) accounts with other providers that are in your name.
We will tell you promptly about any such claim, let you take over its defence with lawyers of your choice, and give you reasonable help at your cost. You will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part or puts an obligation on us without our written agreement.
This does not apply to a claim to the extent it was caused by our own negligence or by our failure to do what these terms and your written scope require, and it does not take away any right you have by law as a consumer.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, where 1355057 BC Ltd. is based. Courts in British Columbia have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have by law to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top change when we do. An order is governed by the version in force on the day it was paid.
How we handle personal information is in the Privacy center. Questions about these terms: hello@wevibesites.ca.
