EV chargers, panel upgrades and storm calls: a website for BC electricians

Two kinds of calls fill an electrician's week out here.

The first kind is planned. A family in Langley just bought an electric car. They want a charger in the garage, and they wonder if their old panel can take it. They have time to read, compare and ask for a quote.

The second kind is not planned. A winter storm rolls in off the Strait. Trees come down on the Island. The power comes back, but half a house in Duncan stays dark. Those people want to know one thing: can you come?

Your website has to serve both. Our Electrical starter is built to do that.

Pages for the planned work

The starter is a full website made for electricians and electrical contractors. It is plain, clear and easy on a phone.

Service pages you name. EV chargers, panel upgrades, renos, lighting, whatever you really do. Written in your words.
A quote request form. People describe the job and how to reach them. Each request goes to the inbox you name.
Your licence numbers. Only the ones you actually hold, shown where people can see them. We never make one up.
Where you work. The towns you cover, so the right people reach you.

A clear path for the unplanned

For the storm calls, your site shows how to reach you, plainly, at the top of every page. It says what you want it to say about safety, in your words. We do not write safety advice for you. You decide what goes there.

What we set up with you

The starter code is free and open. Anyone can copy it for $0. A Launch is when we set it up with you, live.

A Launch is $2,500 CAD plus GST, paid once. You get two hours on a call with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:

Booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your visit types, like a quote visit or a service call, and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
Payments. Deposits and invoices are paid into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
A customer portal. Customers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files. That big charger quote is right there when they are ready.
One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in your current contacts.

We also walk you through your own admin. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.

Edits without the wait

After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want. Type it in plain English, like a text message. "Add a page about generator hookups." Or "put a note on top: storm calls first this week, quotes next week." The site makes the change. This is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way while we help.

For small fixes, we teach you the visual editor. Tap a line or a photo, and change it where it sits.

It all stays yours

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you prefer, we host it for $19 CAD plus GST a month. You can also get your domain through us at the registry price plus $8 a year. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
