Your business does not fit a box. Your website does not have to either.
Some businesses are easy to name. A dentist. A roofer. A bakery.
Then there is yours. Maybe you run a sign shop that also does boat lettering. Maybe you build custom sheds and fix docks in the off season. Maybe you are a small firm in Kelowna that does three things, and none of them have a neat label.
When you look at website templates, none of them fit. They want you to be a cafe or a law firm. So your site ends up saying "we do a bit of everything," and your best work is hidden on page four.
A starter that bends to what you do
The General Business starter is for companies that do not fit one of our other starters. It starts with your work, not a label.
You get a page for each thing you really do, named the way you name it. You get a page for your team, with the real names and background you give us. If you have more than one spot, like a shop in town and a yard out on the highway, each one gets its place. A contact form sends each message to the inbox you name. If you want, messages can go to different people, like quotes to one inbox and jobs to another.
There is room for case stories, too, but only ones you can back up, with the client's permission. We never make up a client, a job or a number.

One price, one session
The starter code is free and open. Anyone can clone it for $0. A Launch is when we build it out with you, live.
A Launch is $2,500 CAD, plus GST, paid once. You get two hours with one of our people. If you want each of these, we set it up and test it with you on the call:
- Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add the kinds of visits or calls you do, and your hours. We make one real test booking.
- Online payments. Clients pay into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. Your regulars who send an Interac e-Transfer can keep doing that. We never hold your money.
- A client portal. Clients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, quotes, invoices and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you have now.
- A small store, where it fits. If you sell things, like parts or gift cards, we list them and they are paid into your own account.
A chat box is there if you want it. It only answers from facts you approve.
When the business changes, so does the site
Businesses like yours change shape. You add a service. You drop one. You take on a new hire. After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message.
Type "add a page for dock repair, with these photos." Or "move boat lettering to the top of the home page for spring." That is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change like this while we are with you.
We also show you the visual editor. Click on a word or a photo and change it where it sits. It is great for the little fixes.
Your site, your rules
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you want a domain through us, it is the registry price plus $8 a year. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
We walk you through your own admin. Your name, logo and colours go up. It works on a phone.
