Heat wave in the Okanagan: an HVAC website that books the job while you work

WeVibeSitesUpdated
WeVibeSites.ca cover for the HVAC starter: a thermometer beside the post title.

It is the third week of a heat wave in Kelowna. The lake is warm, the hills are brown, and smoke hangs over the valley. Your crew is up in an attic before the sun is high. Your phone buzzes in your pocket, again and again.

Every buzz is someone whose house is too hot to sleep in. You cannot answer from the attic. By the time you climb down, some of them have already called the next name on the list.

A good HVAC site works while your hands are busy. Our HVAC starter is built for days like this one.

What the starter does for a crew like yours

The HVAC starter is a full website made for heating and cooling companies. It is plain and fast, and it works well on a phone in a hot car.

  • A clear service request form. People say what is wrong and where they are. Each request goes to the inbox you name.
  • Your services. Furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, duct work, whatever you really do, in your words.
  • Your crew. Real names and the trade tickets you hold. We never invent a credential.
  • Where you work. The towns you cover, so nobody in a place you do not serve wastes a call.

Want to see one look it can have? Visit our demo, Polaris Heating & Cooling. Polaris is a made-up company we run as a demo. Some tools on it are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.

Set up in one sitting

The code is free and open. Anyone can copy it for $0. A Launch means we set it up with you.

A Launch is $2,500 CAD plus GST, paid once. It includes two hours on a live call with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:

  • Online booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your visit types, like a tune-up or a quote, and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
  • Online payments. Customers pay invoices into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. If customers pay you by Interac e-Transfer today, that can stay as it is.
  • A customer portal. Customers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files.
  • One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in your current list.

You also get a tour of your own admin. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.

Change it from the truck

Seasons flip fast here. One month it is air conditioning. A few months later, it is furnaces and frozen mornings. Your site should follow along without a web person.

After Launch, you change it by telling it what you want. Type it in plain English, like a text. "Put a banner on top: we are booked out this week, but we can quote by email." Or, in the fall, "add a furnace tune-up visit to booking." The site makes the change. This is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us beside you.

For small fixes, we show you the visual editor. You tap a word or a photo, and change it right there.

Your site, your account

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. Our hosting is $19 CAD plus GST a month if you would rather. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
