A med spa site your clients can book after the kids are asleep
It is late on a wet November night. The dishes are done, and the house is finally quiet. Your client has been thinking about a facial for weeks. She picks up her phone and goes to your site.
Can she see what you offer, and what it costs? Can she pick a time, right now, on the couch? Or does she have to call tomorrow, between meetings, and hope someone picks up?
The answer to that question shapes her whole first visit. Our Med Spa starter is built so the answer is yes.
What clients see
The starter is a full site made for med spas and skin clinics. It is calm, clear and easy to use on a phone.
- A treatment menu. Your treatments, grouped the way you think about them, with the prices you choose to show.
- Your team. A page for each provider, with the real names and training you give us. We never make up a credential.
- A way to book. Clients pick a treatment and a time that works.
- A contact form. Each message goes to the inbox you name.
We do not write medical claims for you. The site says what you tell it, in your words. Before and after photos only go up with each client's permission, and only the ones you send us.
You can see one look the starter can have on our demo, Lumière Aesthetic Studio. Lumière is a made-up spa we run as a demo. Some tools on the demo are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
What we set up with you
The starter code is free and open. Anyone can copy it for $0. A Launch is when we build it with you, live.
A Launch is $2,500 CAD, plus GST, paid once. It includes two hours on a call with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:
- Online booking. We link your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your treatment types and hours. Then we make one real test booking together.
- Payments. Deposits and gift cards are paid into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A client portal. Clients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the list you have now.
- A small shop, if it fits. If you sell skin care, we can list it and take payment into your own account.
A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve, like hours, parking and prices.
How you keep it fresh
Spas change with the seasons. Summer brings one set of treatments. The dark months bring another. Your site should keep up without a fuss.
After Launch, you change it by telling it what you want. Just type, in plain English, like a text. "Add our winter hydration facial to the menu." Or "close online booking on Boxing Day." The site makes the change. This is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way while we watch and help.
For quick fixes, we teach you the visual editor. Click a price or a photo, and change it where it sits.
Who owns it
You do. Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you would rather we host it, that is $19 CAD plus GST a month. You own the code and can leave any time with a full copy.
We also walk you through your own admin. You will know where each booking, payment and message lands.
