A mortgage website where the first meeting books itself

WeVibeSitesUpdated
WeVibeSites.ca cover for the Mortgage starter: a key beside the post title.

A young couple sits at the kitchen table after the kids are in bed. They have been looking at listings all week. Now they have a big question. Who do we talk to, and how do we start?

They open a few mortgage sites. Most of them say "call us." It is late. They close the laptop and the question waits another week.

Your site can answer that moment. It can let them pick a time to talk, right from the couch.

A site made for mortgage work

The Mortgage starter is a full website for brokers and lenders. It has a page for each kind of loan you help with, in the words you choose. It has a clear "about us" page with your real people. It has a request form that sends each new enquiry to the inbox you name.

You decide what goes on each page. We do not write rules, rates or advice for you. If you want a page about how you work, you give us the facts and we put them up as you wrote them.

You can see one look the starter can have on our demo, Apex Home Lending. Apex is a made-up lender we run as a demo. The demo shows things like a rate widget, a payment calculator and a long application. Those are shown on the demo. They are not included unless they are on your Launch list.

The starter code is free. Anyone can clone it for $0. A Launch is when we set it up with you.

What a Launch sets up

A Launch is $2,500 CAD, plus GST, paid once. You get two hours, live, with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you on the call:

  • Booking for first meetings. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We set your meeting types and the hours you keep. Then we make one real test booking.
  • Payments, if you take any. Money goes into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never touch it.
  • A client portal. Clients sign in with a code we email them. They can see their meetings and the files you share with them.
  • One contact list. Each form and booking becomes a contact. We bring over the list you keep now.

A chat box is there if you want it. It answers only from facts you approve. If it does not suit your office, leave it off.

Say what you want, and it changes

Here is the part you will likely use most. After Launch, you change your own site by typing what you want in plain English. It is like sending a text.

You add a new kind of loan to your work? Type "add a page about loans for people who are self-employed, using this text." A new person joins the team? Type "add our new broker to the team page with this photo and bio." That is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change like this while we watch.

We also show you the visual editor. Click a line of text, fix it, and it is saved. It is made for small things, like your office hours.

You own every part of it

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month for it. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. You own the code. You can take a full copy and leave any time.

We also walk you through your own admin, so you know where each booking and enquiry lands. Your name, logo and colours go up. It works on a phone. Client words go up only with their permission.
