A private, honest website for a plastic surgery practice in Canada
Some patients live a long way from you. They might be in Prince George, or Whitehorse, or a small town in the Kootenays. They will travel to see you, but only once they trust you. Long before that trip, they read your site, often more than once, and often in private.
What they want is simple. They want plain facts, a calm tone and a quiet way to take a first step. They do not want to be sold to.
Our Plastic Surgery starter is built for that reader.
Honest first
The starter is a full site made for plastic surgery practices. Its tone is calm and honest from the first line.
- Procedure pages. Each one explains what you do, in your words. We never add a claim you did not make.
- Your surgeon and team. Real names, and the training you can show. Nothing invented.
- Before and after photos. Only the ones you send us, and only with each patient's permission.
- A request form. Each message goes to the inbox you name, and nowhere else.
We do not write medical advice or promise outcomes. If a sentence on your site is about care, it came from you.
Our demo, Sculpt by Dr. Renata Cole, shows one look the starter can have. Dr. Cole and her practice are made up. We run the site as a demo. Some tools on it are not part of a Launch. Your Launch list says what is.
Built with you in one session
The starter code is free and open source. Anyone can copy it for $0. A Launch is when we set it up with you.
The price is $2,500 CAD plus GST, once. You get two hours, live, with one of our people. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:
- Consult booking. We link your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your consult types, including video consults if you offer them, and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Payments. Consult fees and deposits go into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money.
- A patient portal. Patients sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files, in one private place.
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you have now.
A chat box is there if you want it. It only answers from facts you approve, like where to park or how to get from the airport.
We also walk you through your own admin, so your staff know where every request lands.
Small changes, no waiting
Your practice changes. A new surgeon joins. You add a clinic day in another city. You stop offering a procedure.
After Launch, you change your site by telling it what you want. Type it in plain English, like a text. "Add our Kelowna clinic days to the contact page." Or "take the brow lift page down." The site does it. This way of working is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us right beside you.
We also teach you the visual editor. Click a line or a photo, and change it on the spot. It suits small fixes.
The site is yours
Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. We can host it for you for $19 CAD plus GST a month if you like. You own the code. You can leave any time with a full copy.
We are a Vancouver company. We work in Canadian dollars, on Pacific time, and we keep your patients' trust in mind at every step.
