Water in the basement at midnight: a plumbing website for wet BC winters
The rain has not stopped for four days. Somewhere in Burnaby, a man steps off the bottom stair in his socks, and the carpet squishes. There is water by the floor drain. It is close to midnight.
He grabs his phone. He searches for a plumber nearby. He finds your site, and he needs to know three things fast. Do you come out to his area? How does he reach you? What should he do in the meantime?
If your site answers those questions, he has a clear next step. If it does not, he keeps scrolling. Our Plumber starter is made to answer them.
What does the starter include?
The Plumber starter is a full website made for plumbing companies. It loads fast and reads well on a phone held in a wet hand.
- A job request form. People say what is wrong, where they are, and how to reach them. Each request goes to the inbox you name.
- Your services. Drains, hot water tanks, renos, backflow, whatever you really do, in your words.
- Your team. Real names and the tickets you hold. Nothing invented.
- Your service area. The cities and towns you cover, so the right people call.

What do you set up with us?
The starter code is free and open. Anyone can copy it for $0. A Launch means one of our people builds it with you.
A Launch is $2,500 CAD plus GST, paid once. It includes two hours on a live call. If you want each one, we set it up and test it with you:
- Booking. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your job types, like a drain call or a quote visit, and your hours. Then we make one real test booking.
- Payments. Customers pay invoices by card into your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold your money. Customers who like Interac e-Transfer can keep paying you that way.
- A customer portal. Customers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings, invoices, quotes and files. No more "can you resend that quote?"
- One contact list. Every form, booking and payment becomes a contact. We bring in the contacts you already have.
We also walk you through your own admin, so you know where every job request lands. A chat box is there if you want one. It only answers from facts you approve.
Who changes the site after?
You do, and you will not need code.
After Launch, you tell your site what you want, in plain English, like a text. In a cold snap, type "add a note on the home page: how to shut off your main water valve, and call us." When the rains come back, type "add sump pump installs to our services." The site makes the change. This is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change this way, with us beside you.
For quick fixes, we teach you the visual editor. Tap a phone number or a photo, and change it right where it is.
Who owns it?
You do. Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you want, we host it for $19 CAD plus GST a month instead. You own the code, and you can leave any time with a full copy.
