Two hours of live session with your operator
One of our operators builds with you, live. The concepts are examples: the session can produce a completely new design. More time is sold by the hour.
Forms, lead capture, and email routing
The forms you need, with spam control. Every submission is saved as a contact and sent to the inbox you name once your mailbox is connected.
Online booking and scheduling
Clients book against your availability, with reminders, reschedule links, a waitlist, and an intake form or signed waiver. Calendar sync needs your Google or Microsoft account.
Payments, invoices, and memberships
Quotes, signed agreements, invoices, deposits, payment plans, and membership plans. Card payments need your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square account; offline payments work without one.
Client accounts and a private portal
Clients sign in to see their own bookings, quotes, invoices, and private files.
AI, automation, dashboards, and admin tools
Contacts, pipeline, tasks, one inbox, analytics, automations, and a connection for your own AI assistant. AI that writes or builds for you runs on your own AI key.
Migration, integrations, and languages
We bring over your current site’s pages and your contact list. English, French, and Spanish are built in. Each third-party connection is switched on when you give us access to that account.
Beyond the included session
Design or set-up beyond the two included hours
Anything you want built that does not fit in the included session is done in added session time, sold by the hour.
Software the platform does not have
A function that Freeholder does not provide is new development. It is named and priced before any work starts.

Third-party accounts and recurring fees
Domains, hosting, payment fees, email, text messages, AI usage, stock media, licenses, and other provider charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Legal, regulatory, security, or accessibility certification
The base package does not include legal advice, regulated-workflow approval, penetration testing, or formal conformance certification.
Content production, data entry, and ongoing operations
Copywriting, translation, photography, bulk catalog entry, SEO ranking, maintenance, and support retainers require separate scope.
