A real estate website that books the showing while the buyer is still looking

WeVibeSitesUpdated
WeVibeSites.ca cover for the Real estate starter: an apartment building beside the post title.

A family in Calgary is thinking about a move to the coast. Every night after dinner, they scroll through homes on the Island. One evening they find a house they like. They find your name on the sign in the photo. They look you up.

What happens next is up to your site. Can they see what else you have? Can they learn about the town? Can they book a time to talk, from their couch, a province away?

Your listings, your neighbourhoods, your voice

The Real Estate starter is a full website for agents and small teams. It has a page for each listing you publish, with the facts you give it. It has pages for the neighbourhoods and towns you know, written the way you would talk about them. It has a page for you and each person on your team, with real names and real background.

Every form goes to the inbox you name. The site never makes up a sold price or a market number. If a page has a figure, it is one you gave us, with the date you gave it.

You can see one look it can have on our demo, The Calloway Group. Calloway is a made-up team we run as a demo. It shows a lot of extras, like an offer builder, market reports and buyer and seller dashboards. Those are shown on the demo. They are not included unless they are on your Launch list.

What gets set up on your call

The starter code is free. Anyone can clone it for $0. A Launch is when we set it up with you and test it, live.

A Launch is $2,500 CAD, plus GST, paid once. You get two hours with one of our people. If you want each one, it gets set up and tested with you:

  • Booked showings and listing talks. We connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. We add your meeting types, like a showing, a home value chat or a first call with a seller. Then we make one real test booking.
  • A client portal. Buyers and sellers sign in with a code we email them. They see their bookings and the files you share, like a feature sheet or a checklist for moving day.
  • One contact list. Every form, booking and open house sign-up becomes a contact. We bring in the list you already keep.
  • Payments, if you take any. If you charge for something, like a staging visit, the money goes to your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never hold it.

A chat box is there if you want it. It answers only from facts you approve.

New listing? Type it in

Listings come and go fast. Your site should keep up without a call to a web person. After Launch, you change it by telling it what you want, in plain English, like a text message.

Type "add an open house this Sunday from one to three for the Cedar Lane listing." When it sells, type "mark Cedar Lane as sold and move it to past listings." That way of building is called vibe coding. On the call, you make one real change like this with us beside you.

We also show you the visual editor. You click on a word or a photo and change it where it sits. It is good for a quick price edit or a new photo.

Owned by you, not by a portal

Your site runs in your own Replit account. We charge $0 a month. Your host bills about $20 US a month for use. That is the host's bill, in US dollars. Our prices are in Canadian dollars. You can have us host it for $19 CAD plus GST a month. You own the code and can leave any time with a full copy.

We walk you through your own admin, so you know where each lead and booking lands. Your name, logo and colours go up. It works on a phone, so a buyer can check a listing from the car. Client words go up only with their permission.
